The Next Foundations Class will meet at 7:00 pm on Wednesday nights in February. The Foundations of Faith Class meets periodically for four weeks at a time. Individuals will discover why God has led them to PBC and where they can serve Him with the gifts He's given them. This class provides all the information that you need to know about what we believe here at PBC. The Foundations of Faith Class is for prospective, new, and established members of all ages. We provide opportunities for all ages to connect and to grow spiritually. Our Bible classes are designed to help all ages to become contagious followers of Jesus Christ. The Women of Worth Class meets at 9:00 am on Sundays in Moffitt Hall, RM 112. is an open and engaging environment that encourages interaction and discussions to tackle current issues, while applying biblical truth. These adult ladies, ranging from young to senior adults, are challenged each week with practical insights from God's Word. is also known as the "Women of Worth" Class. The Hug-a-Bunch class meets at 9:00 am on Sundays in RM 117. A vital part of the ministry of this class is their care ministry to their members, hence the name "Hug-a-Bunch". Hug-a-Bunch is a class for our senior adult women, married or single. The class addresses issues unique to the needs of senior women in our modern world. The Men's Bible Study class meets at 9:00 am on Sundays in RM 200. The Men's Bible Study is for all senior or young men, married or single. Men's Bible StudyĪt PBC, we believe that "iron sharpeneth iron." (Proverbs 27:17) Our goal as men is to pursue a deeper study of God’s Word, so that it molds and shapes the lives of our men. Amazing things happen in the lives of believers as they study the Word of God and apply it to their lives. The Solomon's Porch class meets at 9:00 am on Sundays in RM 116. Our heart for missions and serving the needs of others is what guides our activities and fellowships inside and outside the classroom. Solomon's Porch is a group of married adults ranging from ages 35 to 50. We believe in sound, biblical teaching and practical application of God’s Word. The Homebuilders class meets at 10:30 am on Sundays in Moffitt Hall, RM 109. The Homebuilders Class is for young married couples between the ages of 18 and 35. Our priority is to be sure all know the message of salvation and learn to put God first in our lives, homes and daily living. Our goal is teach biblical principles that can be applied in the homes of young married couples. The Homebuilders Class offers a relaxed atmosphere for learning God’s word. The Newlyweds class meets at 9:00 am on Sundays in Moffitt Hall, RM 113. The Newlyweds Class exists to encourage couples to grow in their relationship with God, with each other, and with other couples. This Bible class is for those that were just recently married or couples within the first four years of their marriage. The early years of marriage and family life can bring many changes and challenges. We are blessed to have godly and gifted people teaching and serving in leadership within our Bible classes. Below is a description of our married adult Bible classes, times, and location. Here at PBC, we desire to build strong marriages and families centered in Christ. We meet every Sunday morning at 10:30 am in Moffitt Hall, RM 113. Our single adult ministry offers you a place to connect, fellowship, and grow in your walk with Christ. Our goal is to connect you with the Lord and with other single adults. Adults who have never been married and single-again adults will find a place of rest, recreation, and revival in our Singles Ministry at PBC. Our single adult ministry combines excellent Bible teaching and a heart for the Lord to create a ministry that is custom-made for today's single adult. When you arrive at PBC, you will be met and welcomed by our greeters. They will also assist you in locating the class of our choice. Our Bible Classes begin at 9:00 am and 10:30 am on Sunday mornings. Regardless of your generation, we trust you'll find a place to connect. Here at PBC, we offer Bible studies for all ages to help people get connected, build relationships, grow spiritually, and discover opportunities for service. Pleasantview Baptist Church understands how the pressures of a "24-7 society" can erode the emotional and spiritual stability of adults and families. We also understand the vast differences among adults from various generations.
